Empowering Lives Through Holistic Wellness

Srunde was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that every person deserves access to world-class wellness support. Founded in 2012 by a team of passionate health professionals in Hermosillo, Sonora, we set out to create more than just a gym — we built a sanctuary.

Over more than a decade, we've helped thousands of members across Sonora reshape their relationship with their bodies, discover the joy of movement, and achieve sustainable health goals.

Located at Avenida Chapultepec 2370, Apt 242, Hermosillo, our facility houses 15 certified coaches, multiple training studios, a nutritional counseling center, and dedicated recovery suites.
